The couple confirmed their split after Us first reported it. The joint statement read: "After long and careful consideration on both our parts, we've decided to end our marriage. We entered our relationship with love and it's with love and kindness we leave it. While privacy isn't expected, it's certainly appreciated."

Tony Parker wasn't exactly surprised when wife of three years Eva Longoria filed for divorce on Wednesday.

PHOTOS: Stars caught cheating!

"Eva and Tony have been discussing their situation privately," a rep for Parker, 29, tells UsMagazine.com in a statement. "He was aware that she would be filing for divorce in Los Angeles."

PHOTOS: Women who've been cheated on

The new Us Weekly (out now) breaks the news that Longoria, 35, split from her husband after finding hundreds of texts he sent to another woman (rumored to be Erin Barry, the wife of his NBA ex-teammate Brent).

The San Antonio Spurs point guard -- who began dating the Desperate Housewives actress in November 2004 -- is also denying reports that he was the one who initiated the divorce.

PHOTOS: Sad star splits

"He did not file for divorce in Texas and did not hire divorce attorneys in either Texas or California," Parker's rep tells Us. "He plans to continue to keep their discussions of this matter private."

Charlie Sheen is about to be single again.

The actor, 45, and wife Brooke Mueller filed for divorce on Monday, TMZ confirms. Citing "irreconcilable differences," Sheen is seeking joint legal and physical custody of twins Bob and Max, 19 months; Mueller responded by filing for primary physical custody and joint legal custody.

PHOTOS: Charlie's nuttiest controversies

The couple -- who wed in May 2008 -- got into a violent fight last Christmas when Sheen reportedly threatened her with a knife. (Sheen pled guilty on lesser charges and spent time in rehab, not jail, for the offense.)

PHOTOS: Shocking Hollywood splits

Both husband and wife spent time earlier this year in rehab for alcohol and drug addictions. Just last week, Sheen was reportedly found intoxicated and naked in a Plaza Hotel suite in NYC; he allegedy flew into a rage and caused $7,000 worth of damages to the suite.

After subsequent online reports suggested that Sheen was binging on cocaine and hookers back in L.A. and even close to death, his concerned manager stopped by the Two and a Half Men star's home over the weekend. "Charlie is fine and will be at work on Tuesday," the manager said in an email.

Even Mueller downplayed her estranged husband's most recent incident, telling Extra: "Charlie is a survivor. He knows how to handle himself. You know how things get blown out of proportion."
